This is a very good lightweight carry-on size bag made from strong nylon that packs down to a compact size inside a zipped pouch. It has a very good quality lockable zip and the shoulder strap and hardware appear to be strong and well made. It does not have a sleeve to slip over an extended suitcase handle but is easy to secure on top of a case using the grips and shoulder strap.
