Bought two of these bags for our trip to Africa. They met all flight restrictions and held everything we needed for our month long safaris. The weight is absolutely wonderful when faced with a 33 lb. limit. Could not be happier with it.The wire in the frame of my husband's bag broke through; I followed the Kipling Guarantee procedures and the very same day that they received the bag, I received an email that I would be receiving a replacement.Pros: zippers are strong. Bags are easy to wipe clean. Kipling Customer Service is great! Wheels work over any terrain.Cons: Really do not have any.I have been a fan of Kipling for some time, but I am even moreso after my Customer Service experience.Kipling is worth the money spent: even after many years and much use, they still look great.Thanks, Kipling, for not shattering my faith in your company and products.Update: What a great company! Received replacement luggage in one week. Kipling upgraded the replacement to the Teagan without an extra charge. Features on this style are very nice and extremely practical. Considering replacing my Madison with a Teagan style for South America. My husband now understands why I always look at Kipling first.
