The quality is outstanding. The material is great, the stitching is good and the design is almost perfect. I actually can't think of anything I would change about it.Both tube end containers are big. One end I use for shoes, the other end for sweaty tshirts and shorts. I know the special underside compartment is intended for sweaty clothes, but I use that for my clean and folded gym clothes.The side zipper pocket is big and has several compartments, including another zipper compartment that is also pretty big. The main compartment zipper flap has a flexible elastic compartment under it, which I think is intended for bike helmets and such. I use it for small towels.The main compartment is big. In fact, the whole bag is pretty big. This is not a small duffel bag. It is a full size large bag. I don't mind it, because when it isn't stuffed full, it doesn't take up too much space in my car. It isn't flappy and falling all over itself. The big end pockets kind of collapse in and the sides stay in, so the bag isn't a monstrously huge bag when it isn't all full.I haven't filled it up all the way yet, but it is easy to see that if I did, this thing is very big.

The bag was as described with lots of compartments, some of which seemed a bit useless... The overall size just wasnt big enough. Once you put shoes in the shoe aeas it pretty much filled the whole bag. Returned it with no problem and bought the Ogio Flex Form L which is GIANT and works great.

This bag has a place for everything a cyclist needs. Well organized and well made bag. Great style as well. Well worth the price.
