Hi,Ordered the bag from Amazon, took one week for delivery. I opened the box to set up the bag, went to attach the shoulder strap to the bag and found a fastener barely stitched. Unbelievable! Did no one check this bag after manufacture? Where is the quality control?If there is one area of the bag that needs to be reinforced, it is the material holding the hardware where the shoulder strap attaches. I checked the other side and the fastener is fully stitched, but not reinforced to my liking.The bag is being retuned as defective. I now have no confidence in CalPak items.This is the problem with buying something like this on the web. I would much prefer to examine the bag to check seam, zipper and attachment quality and strength. I use a gym bag every day and usually carry a pair of sneakers, shaving bag, sweatshirt, large water bottle, towel and gym clothes. I'm not sure how much this all weighs but the bag has to be able to support the contents.OTOH, the rest of the bag looks good (zippers and pockets nicely made), but to have such poor quality control and strap hardware design I have no choice but to give this bag one star.Vito
