I bought the tote in the TravelPro shop in Orlando following the recommendation of the shop manager. On my first trip the interior lining fabric fell apart. I came back to the shop with the bag, was told to contact the customer service hotline. They told me that this tote was not eligible for complementary repair, I would have to pay for the repair as well as drive the bag to the shop and pick it up later. I have bought 5 luggage from TravelPro, this tote will be the last one!!! The 'lifetime Warranty' is not for a lifetime!I will look for a new tote made by a reliable manufacture that truly stands behind its products. If you are considering buying a travelPro luggage be aware that the 'lifetime Warranty" will not withstand.
