I basically bought more than I bargained for when I was home visiting the folks for Christmas so I needed a bag to take my extra shopping back with me. I got this based on the reviews and figured even if it fell apart time I got to my flat it would still be worth the purchase at such a cheap price. I'm happy to say that this bag fit far more than I thought it would. The contents of my bag included: a tagine, a glass pitcher, a thermos, 2 dvds and several other random kitchen gadgets - with room to spare. So it held up with not only lots of things, but lots of heavy things.Having said all that, I've seen better constructed bags with tougher material, so I don't think this is a lifetime purchase. But again, for the price and the roominess, you couldn't ask for more.
