I ordered this bag,because it looked so cute. When it arrived and I took it out of the plastic bag it was wrapped in, I knew immediately that there was a problem. The duffel bag emitted a terrible chemical smell. I tried everything from baking soda to airing it outside in the sun to fabric sheets to stuffing it with newspaper to absorb the odor, but I couldn't get rid of it. When I entered the room where I had the bag, the smell actually nauseated me. I obviously returned it, but I must say that Amazon was great in how they handled the return. If you can tolerate the smell, it's a nice product. Unfortunatley I could not.
