This bag was great. Only draw back is that it does not stand up and there is no handle on one side when wanting to lift onto a shuttle, luggage cart at hotel or car. Makes the bag awkward. But it held up really well through 10 flights in three weeks.

this luggage is high quality, very rugged, durable and is a nice looking set of luggage compared to other boring brands. it is light weight as advertised. this is my 2nd set of high sierra luggage. my 1st set lasted over 12 years that included a lot of travel for both my husbands work and for our personal use. it held up exceedingly well considering the abuse it took over the years and that is why we purchased from this company again. hope this helps with your decision to buy this product.

When I first got it in and got it out of the box I was rather surprised by how small it looked but it still looked big enough to work so I decided to make do. I was oh so pleasantly surprised when packing my stuff that it fit absolutely everything I wanted. I use this about every two or three weeks to take my laundry home on the bus. It's only made one run so far but as of right now there is very little I would change about it. It would be great if it had a second handle on the right side but it functions just fine without it. I was also surprised that all but twice it stood upright when full which I wasn't expecting from a duffle. It's light and overall I'm really happy with it.Update(5/6/12):On my third trip the upper zipper split. I contacted High Sierra via e-mail and after requesting pictures which I sent to them they sent me a new bag, no replacement or shipping charge. Service was polite professional and prompt. I've had this second one now for many trips back and forth in busses cars through snow banks and down stairs. It's holding up well. I can easily fit two weeks of laundry sometimes even a month's worth (about 6 or 7 loads) so I know I've stretched capacity and pushed this new zipper and it's doing just great. So I'll keep with my 5-star review and say that the first bag was a fluke.
