This was my second stab at a duffel which could be used day-to-day. The first (a 36") was just too big. This one is "just right" for carrying not only wortk stuff, but lunch and workout clothes too. Very sturdy zippers, comfortable shoulder strap, lots of pockets, including the place to put damp work out clothes or towels.Very good for the price, and equal in utility to bags costing lots more. (BTW, we kept the larger size - it's a really nice travel bag, but not good for schlepping on public transportation.)

Absolutely great bag for the price. I was suspicious when I ordered, thinking, "when it seems too good to be true, it usually isn't true." However, I was greatly surprised when I received the bag. Can't use enough positive adjectives to describe the bag. Honestly, I would have been happy if I had paid twice what I paid. But at a little over $35, this bag is a steal. I really don't understand why it is being sold so cheaply. Maybe it is a mistake? In any event, if you need this kind of bag, buy it. I am using it for international travel. It fits the max size requirements for a checked bag. The bottom compartment is the full length of the bag, which I needed to pack my internal frame backpack. Lots of other room for other things, lots of separate pockets, seems to be very good quality, nice looking bag, etc. I usually don't do reviews, but I am too happy not to do it this time.

I liked the look of this duffel on line and really wanted something versatile for travel or camping gear or just for emergency item in my car. This thing gave me sticker shock at first, compared to other duffels that are so cheap. I really like having a lot of pockets so I took a chance. WOW! When it arrived I couldn't get over the large size, I mean you can lay it out with a tape measure before you order but it just doesn't do it justice!! This is an excellent bag for the money, Quality with a capital Q! The zippered compartment on the left side is huge for wet items if needed, it expands to 1/2 the size of the bag!! The main compartment is really nice size for packing easy to open and stuff stuff into it. And the mesh zippered top is nice to find those things needed quickly. The pocket on the right is a bit smaller than the left but is still pretty big. The two front pockets are great, the rear one fits my tablet and other stuff. and there is another zippered pocket in front of that one for smaller items like ipods, would comfortably fit say 3 ipods across. The bottom zippered compartment is the full size of the bad and it rocks!! you can pack pants just folded n 1/2 and it expands to be pretty deep and also has an attached cardboard separator inside, rapped in ripstop nylon I think. This is a heavy duty bag, with the best zippers I have seen very chunky and sturdy. The carry handle and shoulder strap are of top quality as well. If you don't pack it too full you can also use the 2" wide compression straps to shrink it down a little. I'm not quite sure what the buckskin is, feels like heavy gauge rip stop nylon like on a backpack just way beefier. There is also another handle on left side near the bottom of the bag shown in red in photo. And on the bottom of bag is round hard rubber feet.Pro's:large sizeheavy duty everything!lots of pocketsnice color selectionsQuality design and executionCons:???Maybe padding on front two pockets would have been niceWould highly recommend!!
