I bought this for my trip overseas to London during the September of '12 (Olympic/Paralympic Games) and it held up wonderfully! It was wonderful and smooth and made for my movement through the airports of London, Washington D.C, and Orlando easy and quite fast. The wheels worked great and I had absolutely now problem them or the handle. I did check my luggage and the suitcase held up perfectly through the entire international trip both there an back. I HIGHLY recommend this piece of luggage and I know that when I need new luggage for traveling I will be looking at another Jenni Chan piece. I've found too often that with Luggage, you really do get what you pay for.

Bought this for the wife because she liked the asthetics. The wheels are smallish and don't function as well as my Samsonite spinner. Of course, the Samsonite was twice the price. The pull handle is a little wierd. When fully extended, it won't stay upright when simply walking next to the suitcase while it's rolling on all 4 wheels. The handle 'breaks' to an angled position. It seems to be made to 'break' like that but doesn't work well with the physics involved. I wouldn't buy this again but I don't think it's meant for guys like me.
