This bag shouldn't even have the word "duffel" in the description. It is not a "Mini Duffel" this is basically a large purse. Nightmare experience with the shipping the only good thing was the customer service except for refunds. Check your credit statements to see if you are actually refunded, with my refund they had run it back in May but an "error" had occurred so I had to call and get it all fixed. It might've just been a one-time-mistake but that is a $113 dollar mistake for the color choice I had chosen. Overall, the bag was quite well-made, the dark brown color was great, the shipping was horrible, and the refund was almost not even run. Only buy this "Mini Duffel" if you want a purse instead.
