I purchased this bag on April 20, 2012 because of my own success with a Kenneth Cole bag. I've had mine for at least 15 years. This one already has a handle that will no longer extend and trying to get help to get it replaced has been difficult at best. So far I'm on my 4th phone call and am having to e-mail someone who may or may not be able to help. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this bag. It's pretty but if it only works for a month, not worth it.

Over time, my family has acccumulated a closet full of bags and assorted 'luggage'. We've never been folks set on a matching set--we tend to pick bags/duffels/suitcases that we think will fit our needs. When I saw this piece on the Gold deal list--I had to try it out--looked like a good fit for a more than overnight trip, but less than a long weekend.When the bag arrived, I was impressed with the quality that was evident. Constructed of durable materials, with plenty of pockets for the size--this bag will serve us well this summer. My daughter has several trips for band camp and this will be perfect for her--more room than her current duffel and when she overloads it, the heavy, well-constructed wheels will make it easy for her to get from point a to b. The telescoping handle nests well inside a zippered pocket, which should keep it safe from getting snagged and bent when not in use.All in all, a great piece that will serve all of us well for years.
